1 SAMUEL 30:11 KJV | “AND THEY FOUND AN EGYPTIAN IN THE FIELD, AND BROUGHT HIM TO DAVID, AND GAVE HIM BREAD, AND HE DID EAT; AND THEY MADE HIM DRINK WATER…”
On the road to recovery, King David and his men met an Egyptian slave, abandoned and left to die by his master because he was sick. They fed, revived him and he ended up leading them to the band of raiders who plundered their camp and captured their families.
What if they ignored the dying slave and didn’t help him? They would have probably not gotten to the band of raiders on time. Point is, your recovery is most times linked to the needs you meet in the lives of other people. It’s never too late or time consuming to help someone else and you will be better for it.
Receive greater sensitivity to the needs the Holy Spirit wants you to meet in the lives of other people and as you do, you will recover everything stolen from you. Bliss be with you.
