Joseph was distinguished in prison and throughout all the trying times in His life because God was with Him.

GENESIS 39:2 NLT | “THE LORD WAS WITH JOSEPH, SO HE SUCCEEDED IN EVERYTHING HE DID AS HE SERVED IN THE HOME OF HIS EGYPTIAN MASTER.”

GENESIS 39:21 NLT | “BUT THE LORD WAS WITH JOSEPH IN THE PRISON AND SHOWED HIM HIS FAITHFUL LOVE. AND THE LORD MADE JOSEPH A FAVORITE WITH THE PRISON WARDEN.”

GENESIS 39:23 NLT | “THE WARDEN HAD NO MORE WORRIES, BECAUSE JOSEPH TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THE LORD WAS WITH HIM AND CAUSED EVERYTHING HE DID TO SUCCEED.”

Jesus lived a blissful life and did extraordinary miracles which even His naysayers testified to because God was with Him.

JOHN 3:2 NLT | “AFTER DARK ONE EVENING, HE CAME TO SPEAK WITH JESUS. “RABBI,” HE SAID, “WE ALL KNOW THAT GOD HAS SENT YOU TO TEACH US. YOUR MIRACULOUS SIGNS ARE EVIDENCE THAT GOD IS WITH YOU.””

Knowing this truth, Moses declared before going into battle that he will not go unless the Lord goes with them.

EXODUS 33:15-16 NLT | “THEN MOSES SAID, “IF YOU DON’T PERSONALLY GO WITH US, DON’T MAKE US LEAVE THIS PLACE. HOW WILL ANYONE KNOW THAT YOU LOOK FAVORABLY ON ME—ON ME AND ON YOUR PEOPLE—IF YOU DON’T GO WITH US?…””

Jesus going with you makes all the difference. The active presence of the Holy Spirit in your life separates you from the crowd and solidifies your feet in godly success and fruitfulness.

And today, God is reaffirming His promise to you: You will never walk alone. I will always be with you. I will always hold your hands and lead you to constant victory.

Those challenges will not drown you. Those problems will not take you down because God is on your side.

When things get tough or you meet a stumbling block, don’t try to bear or handle it all by yourself. Never attempt to carry what only God can to avoid breaking down. He promised to help you and He will. Quit trying to do everything by yourself or thinking you can because really, you cannot. And, the more you try to do everything yourself, the more you frustrate the grace of God in your life. Instead, hand those concerns over to God and He will sort it out. The Holy Spirit is your advantage. Make use of Him.

JUDE 1:24 NLT | “NOW ALL GLORY TO GOD, WHO IS ABLE TO KEEP YOU FROM FALLING AWAY AND WILL BRING YOU WITH GREAT JOY INTO HIS GLORIOUS PRESENCE WITHOUT A SINGLE FAULT.”

Not only will Jesus keep you from falling, He will present you to the Father spotless; without a single fault. He will do this inspite of every weakness or shortcoming in your life.

And, as you lean on Him, you will succeed. You will flourish. You will excel. Everything you lay your hands on to do will prosper because of whose you are, Jesus and the active presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

I see some of us in tears, overwhelmed by daily schedules and personal worries. Struggling to cope and wondering how to meet all the deadlines in front of you.

You are not alone and you don’t need to fight the battle of living, which some parts of your life has become all by yourself. Instead, receive extraordinary strength and great grace to surrender to Jesus, so He can navigate the affairs of your life, and give you good success.

EXODUS 33:22 NLT | “AS MY GLORIOUS PRESENCE PASSES BY, I WILL HIDE YOU IN THE CREVICE OF THE ROCK AND COVER YOU WITH MY HAND…”

In His comforting arms, you will be comforted. Wrapped up in His warm embrace and protective covering, you will recover all and rise again.
