‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:13‬| “‭‭We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing the end of what was passing away.”

Moses covered his face because he was imbarrassed as the glory left Him. He was left bear, naked and ashamed same as Adam and Eve were in the garden when they walked away from Gods covering of glory on their lives to do they’re own thing. 

In your life it is the same way. When you are doing your own thing, your own way there is a veil that covers you. This veil is pride and shame and it blocks His glory from your life. 

Those things only cover you and Gods glory isn’t able to reflect from your life. Just like if you were to take a blanket and cover a mirror, the mirror will no longer reflect what it was reflecting before. 

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:16-18‬| “But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.”

But Jesus hung naked on a tree for you and me. He was shamed for all to see. He took our shame so you can have His glory cover you once again. So when you turn to Him—listen to Him, obey and follow Him the veil of shame, condemnation, pride and self righteousness is taken away and you will  reflect His glory. 

The truth is you were made in His image to reflect His glory. Today, in every moment, situation turn to Jesus, ask Him for help. Yield to His Spirit. Let Him take all your shame away. Bear your heart to Him. Be naked and not ashamed in His presence. Let Him cloth you with His righteousness and glory. Blissful you are a reflection of His glory!
