Jeremiah 23:28 | “‘Straw is not the same as wheat! In the same way, the dreams of those prophets are not messages from me. If people want to tell about their dreams, let them. But those who hear my word must speak it faithfully.’ This is what the Lord says.”
One way to aim for solution instead of sympathy is to declare God’s word faithfully. We live in a world that tries to solve problems by dissecting and overanalysing them. But don’t copy the ways of the world. You are a prophet, not a psychologist. There’s power at work within you. Activate that power with words from the Holy Spirit.
The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.(Revelation 19:10) Lay hold of the words the Holy Spirit has given you and speak them faithfully. Let your mouth work for you. Instead of spending time describing your problem and looking for sympathy, use your mouth to speak words from the Spirit.
“He has made your lot secure.” “A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.” “Light shines in the darkness and the darkness cannot comprehend it!” Let the words from the Spirit overflow from your heart and fill your mouth. Bliss be with you.
