When was the last time you danced? When was the last time you jumped, swirled, shouted with joy? When was the last time you really took time to move joyfully and make a joyful noise? And when was the last time you played like a child?

You may think these questions are weird. They may sound weird to you.

However, listen today to the Holy Spirit. Because I can hear strange sounds. Sounds coming from heaven.

The Lord wants you to dance!
Yes! Dance!

Psalm 149:3 KJV
Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.

Find someone to dance with. And if you can’t find anyone, then dance all by yourself.

Make joyful noise. Swirl around! Jump! Clap! Shout!

Don’t wait for everything to be ok first. Because that’s not how it works.
Ignore your problems and rejoice! Yes, rejoice!
