What’s The Point? (3)

I’m really having a good time reading everyone’s thoughts and insights. I really appreciate each of you taking the time to share with us. So far we’ve been looking at discovering the heart of the Father for this creation as we know it. Asking “what is the point?” Last time I brought in the fact that He did all this in hopes that we might seek Him.

I want to present another scripture for your consideration:

2 Chronicles 16:9| â€śFor the eyes of the LORD search throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.”

Let’s think about this for a moment. The Lord is searching for something. My first thoughts are, why doesn’t the Lord know where it is? Also, why is it so hard to find it?

When I see the word “search” I think of something hidden. You don’t search for something that you know where it is. Which is interesting to me, because it’s almost like He has hidden this knowledge from Himself.

Then I also think of the fact that if He is searching for it, it must be important and precious to Him. Also that it’s not easily found and extremely rare.

Please feel free to share your thoughts and insights down below as well. Bliss be with you. đź’—
