Matthew 6:33| “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

What are you seeking a this moment? Is it money? Is it health? Is it a husband? Is it a wife? Is it a house? Is it a car? Whatever it is, if it isn’t the Lord and the things God wants you to seek, then they will continue to elude you.  Or you will end up having it your way and end up empty realizing this isn’t fulfilling you as you thought it would. 

God never wanted us to seek these things. He says that the people of the world seek after these things. If you seek the Lord, only Him then He will give you what you need. He knows what you need better than you do, trust me. 

So today ask Holy Spirit to help you to seek Him and His kingdom. Let those things follow you. The things of this world will chase you down. God: His presence, His Person is true riches. Seek to know Him. It will never be taken away from you. Pray: Lord help me to seek only you. Deliver me from any desire that does not come from you. Help me to trust you wholeheartedly. Amen.
