Elijah deeply understood that locking up the rains, bringing fire down from heaven, and killing Baal’s prophets were just means to a greater end.
Elijah didn’t just want to be admired and applauded for his supernatural feats. He wanted to create results that were real. He wanted to have results that were lasting. He wanted to go for tangible results
Jesus was strategic in his mission. There was a point to the cross. He didn’t just come down to the world to die for the sake of it. He had a mission.
Elijah’s expectation was that he would be celebrated by his people. He expected that there was going to be significant transformation in his nation, as a result of his spectacular display of power.
“What’s the point in all these supernatural manifestations in my life if I’m about to be killed by a woman.”
What’s the point in calling down fire from heaven if it won’t transform my nation?
Dare to pray. Dare to believe. Then dare to step out in faith. Yes, you too can!
You experience transformation when you can look into the scriptures and see what the Holy Spirit is showing you, rather than see what you have been conditioned by religion to see.
A lot of folks see what they have been conditioned by religion to see.
I pray that through you, man’s faith in God, man’s faith in himself, man’s vision of what is possible will be expanded.
You are here in this world to make a point. You were created to make a divine statement. You were made to deliver a message. You are a unique idea from God!
This world is a system with opposing forces in it- the ways, systems, configurations and rules of men. The system can stop you only if you are not expressing your unique revelation of God.
Only that which is an authentic expression of your variety of God – that is, that which is born of God; birthed by the Spirit – will dominate the tides of time and the storms of life.
Your God is a different variety from mine. This in turn affects how He talks to you; it decides your possibilities.
How has God revealed Himself to you? Put in another way, what is your mission in this world? Or better still, who are you?
Like Abraham, Moses, and Paul, you are one of the visible, and tangible, expressions of the infinite varieties of divinity. Discover yourself!
You have a mission in time and space. You are from God and you are sent. You were created to showcase a dimension of God that has never been witnessed before. Discover Yourself!
We are the offspring of God. This means that you are from God; you came out of Him. You are a progeny of God. Your origin is in God.
You are so much better than what others say. Their perception of you, in no way describes your full potential. Don’t settle for less. Go into His presence and discover yourself.
To avoid a life of struggles and frustration, look into the mirror for yourself and discover who you really are. You can never live out your full potential without walking in the awareness of your true nature.
