Your daily devotion is an integral aspect of your walk with God. Always spend the first moments of your day in fellowship with your heavenly Father. Acknowledge Him as God over your life. Then appreciate our lord Jesus Christ, for your salvation. Thank Him for all the blessings that are now yours through His atoning work on the Cross of Calvary.
“From the fullness of His grace we have all received one blessing after another.”
~John 1:16
All the promises of God and new creation realities that are yours in Christ came through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross; so thank Him. As you step out each day, you enjoy God’s protection, His righteousness, His sanctification, divine health, and divine provisions. You will make declarations, and they come to pass; you will pray in the name of Jesus, and it will happen for you. Jesus paid the price for all these and more; so appreciate Him during your daily devotion.
You should come before Jesus each day and say, “Lord, thank You for what You did for me on the Cross. Thank You that because of You, I can walk in victory; because of You, I can come before the Father; because of You, I have health, and divine provisions.” Each day, you must always submit your life afresh to Jesus. Daily rededicate your life to Jesus Christ during your morning devotion; and every day of your life, celebrate the Cross.
The Cross is a very powerful symbol, because it is the reason for everything we have today. It is the symbol of Calvary, where Jesus gave His life for our salvation and deliverance. Take out time during your daily devotion to celebrate the cross of Jesus.
In addition, of course, you must acknowledge the Holy Spirit in your life. He is the One that God has given to you to walk by your side, and to help you through the day. Submit your life to Him afresh and let the Holy Spirit know that you acknowledge His presence. And then you ask Him for help.
It is very important that you do all these every single day of your life.
