Deuteronomy 7:17-18| “If you should say in your heart, ‘These nations are greater than I; how can I dispossess them?’ you shall not be afraid of them; you shall well remember what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt”
Today, stop and remember the Lord.
Let the Holy Spirit take you back over the days, months and years. Just let Him flood your heart with all those times He has been there for you.
How many times has He given you the strength to keep moving forward?
Has He ever healed you when you felt like you might never be strong again?
Has He provided in that midnight hour?
Has He ever given you the courage to move forward when you were paralyzed with fear?
As your mind is taken over with those precious moments, release that gratitude with a “thank you”, tears, shouts of praise, however it comes, just release to your Father. This is so special to Him.
Psalms 100:4| “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.”
Now take note of what you are experiencing now. Your hope is now risen to a higher height. Fear has left your heart. Peace is flooding your soul. Now you are connected to His Spirit. This is where He wants you to live from every day, every moment. The way to stay there is by always remembering Him and staying grateful.
Now ask His Precious Holy Spirit to help you to always remember the Lord and remain grateful. In Jesus Name. Amen.
