ACTS‬ ‭28:4-5‬ ‭NIV‬‬ | “WHEN THE ISLANDERS SAW THE SNAKE HANGING FROM HIS HAND, THEY SAID TO EACH OTHER, “THIS MAN MUST BE A MURDERER; FOR THOUGH HE ESCAPED FROM THE SEA, THE GODDESS JUSTICE HAS NOT ALLOWED HIM TO LIVE.” BUT PAUL SHOOK THE SNAKE OFF INTO THE FIRE AND SUFFERED NO ILL EFFECTS.”

The Islanders expected Paul to suffer ill effects and probably die from the snake bite. Instead, he shook off the snake and suffered no harm.

John – Jesus beloved, was cast out to the Island of Patmos to die after being boiled like a chicken all in a bid to kill him. But instead of dying, he encountered and beheld the risen Lord, Jesus in a form unknown to any man till date.

REVELATION‬ ‭1:17-18‬ ‭NIV‬‬ | “WHEN I SAW HIM, I FELL AT HIS FEET AS THOUGH DEAD. THEN HE PLACED HIS RIGHT HAND ON ME AND SAID: “DO NOT BE AFRAID. I AM THE FIRST AND THE LAST. I AM THE LIVING ONE; I WAS DEAD, AND NOW LOOK, I AM ALIVE FOR EVER AND EVER! AND I HOLD THE KEYS OF DEATH AND HADES.”‬‬

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into the blazing furnace of fire to burn. But instead of burning to death, a fourth person – Jehovah El-Gibbor Himself, the mighty God of war joined them in the fire and preserved their lives. The king was so amazed, he surrendered his life to the God of ‘the three’ and asked the nation to serve their God as well.

DANIEL‬ ‭3:24-25‬ ‭NIV | “THEN KING NEBUCHADNEZZAR LEAPED TO HIS FEET IN AMAZEMENT AND ASKED HIS ADVISERS, “WEREN’T THERE THREE MEN THAT WE TIED UP AND THREW INTO THE FIRE?” THEY REPLIED, “CERTAINLY, YOUR MAJESTY.” HE SAID, “LOOK! I SEE FOUR MEN WALKING AROUND IN THE FIRE, UNBOUND AND UNHARMED, AND THE FOURTH LOOKS LIKE A SON OF THE GODS.””

So, welcome to your season of ease, breakthroughs and open doors. The lubricant – precious Holy Spirit – Himself, is oiling every rusty part of your life that has made progress difficult or impossible. It’s your time to experience ease and possess all your possessions. Hallelujah!
