Romans 8:29 NIV | “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.”

The enemy to your best is your current good. Humanity is God’s good. Divinity is his ultimate purpose for us. So, your human nature – will always fight the progression to divinity. It will always try to sabotage your conformity to Christ. It will attempt to abort your metamorphosis.

Like God, we are essentially eternal divine spirits. We’ve been called to lay down self. We’ve been invited to participate in the divine nature. Absolute submission to the Holy Spirit is the key.

Today, I come against whatsoever that does not enable our submission to God, and hence our transformation. I pray that chains and entanglements sabotaging your metamorphosis and ascent to glory be broken off you. Receive the grace to break entirely loose from self to align with the Father’s will.
