Most of us prefer to have our prayers answered in an instant. However, that’s not always the case. And it can get tiring to keep praying for something without seeing quick results. You may be at that point right now. You wonder, “Is the Lord ever going to answer this prayer point?”

Yes, He will. Be patient. Be consistent. Do not give up. Not every prayer is answered immediately. That’s why Jesus told His disciples a parable to encourage them to persevere in prayer. The Father is at work behind the scenes of your life to give you what you asked for.

Be at peace. Do not be ruffled. Persistence in prayer is not foolishness as some might see it. It is confidence in God. It is faith at work. May the God of peace Himself reassure you and strengthen your feeble knees. You will testify.
