Never offer to God any offering that cost you nothing… Sacrifice is a very important element of the kind of giving that pleases God. A lot of people offer to God out of their own convenience, yet they expect to reap massive rewards. This is foolishness. If your giving costs you nothing, it will bring very little benefits and rewards to you.
Giving is not just about giving money in Church, but also involves giving your time, your words, and all else that you have, in order to glorify God and bless your fellow human beings.
As I taught my 8 year old daughter recently, if you sacrifice your own life to God, for the good of the greater portion of humanity, then and only then would you be truly blessed.
My favorite part of each Sunday service is usually the time for the offering - that time-segment in any religious service when we give our monies as acts of worship to God. Offerings, sacrifices, and all other forms of material and non-material giving have been an integral and essential aspect of religious life and worship [...]
In the next 3000 years, a lot of what we’ll refer to as miracles today would be done by humans as a normal part of their daily living. The difference will lie in the fact that they’ll have acquired greater awareness and understanding of the universal laws of life and existence. 50 years from now, some of the things we do in weeks and months, will be accomplished in a matter of seconds as a result of greater knowledge of the underlying designs and mysteries of life.
These forces are ‘time accelerators’ because they have the capacity to reduce the amount of time needed to take you from one state of being to another.
Because time is an invisible, intangible, but elastic reality which can be moulded by certain forces, how much of it needed to take you ‘there’ is a matter of your understanding and mastery of these certain forces.
If you understand the necessary forces that control time, you can actually mold time to your advantage, you can make time serve your ends and purposes.
To the 1000s of people affected by the GM's bankruptcy, & other such failures: Take heart, God has not forsaken you. Ur future's still bright.
How much time do you need to achieve your dreams? How long will it take for you to move from your current status in life, to the point where you are living your dreams? How long does it take to go, say, from a life of lack and poverty, to one of prosperity and fulfilment? [...]

I came across an article recently that listed the following as time wasters: Watching TV Online Social Networking – Twitter, Digg, Facebook, Playing Video Games. Are they really time wasters? Well, for someone like me, they are not! I mean, think of how my work and ministry has been impacted and built up by Twitter.. [...]
My blog posts this week have been focused on the subject of human opinion and I’ve consistently stated that human opinion is plastic. What people think of you does not matter as much as what you think of yourself. You can click on the following links for a quick look at what we’ve covered so [...]
Continued from here… My model in not paying much attention to human opinion is Jesus Christ. In modern terms, you'd say He didn't give a damn about what others thought of Him. I think that's cool. "Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many people saw the miraculous signs he was doing [...]
During my early twenties, I reached the conclusion that human opinion is plastic, in other words, it’s not something to build on. Ultimately, what others think about you doesn’t really count as much as what you think about yourself. It doesn’t matter who they are – spouses, children, parents, siblings, friends, well wishers, colleagues, critics, [...]
Beat the hype! With bills to pay, mouths to feed, and deadlines to meet, it’s not hard to recognize the importance of money for daily living. The importance of money in the 21st century cannot be ignored by any intelligent mind. Yet, I believe that the money’s importance is so disproportionately hyped that it drives [...]

If you allow others to define success for you, you'll forever be pursuing an elusive ideal. Success is an inner feeling of fulfillment that you have as a result of doing things that you enjoy and which add value to the lives of other people.
The key to manifesting more of what you want is not in methods, it's in your heart! In other words, the results of your actions are determined more by the state of your heart than by the deeds themselves. Your heart is more important than your actions.
