Planting and watering, which is symbolic of diligent effort, attracts increase. It attracts grace and favour. And favour is a product of the presence of God. It is the enablement and the blessing of God on our effort. It is God smiling, breathing, and brooding on our labour.

Grace made Apostle Paul work harder than the other Apostles. The grace of God is the power of the Holy Spirit in us. It enables us do more, and not less. May it not be in vain. May we realise its full effect. Give God what to increase, by planting and watering. Receive the grace to make way for your increase!
