Marriage is a good thing. God’s word says:

“He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favour from the Lord.
~Proverbs 18:22

When you find a wife, you have found a good thing. I believe the same goes for the lady who finds a husband. The favour of the Lord rests on the individual who finds a worthy spouse.  Marriage is a blessed thing. It’s not something to be shy or coy about. If you desire marriage, then that aspiration should be definite in your mind. You should clearly tell yourself, “I want to have my own husband. I want to have my own wife. I want to build my own family. I want to have my own children.”

Marriage is a wonderful thing. And if that desire is in your heart, know that God put it there because of what He wants to do in your life. So accept the desire. Accept the thought. Marriage is not a sin! It’s not a carnal thing; it is spiritual. Even the children that come out of it are a blessing. They are a reward from the Lord.

God’s word says:

“Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.”
~Psalm 127:4-5

So always have this clarity in your heart that marriage is something good for you. Know that it is something God wants for you. Marriage will advance your destiny, your walk with God, and help you to fulfill your assignment on earth.
