Exodus 14:15-16 NLT | “Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘Why are you crying out to me? Tell the people to get moving! Use your shepherd’s staff — hold it out over the water, and a path will open up before you through the sea. Then all the people of Israel will walk through on dry ground.'”

The voice of God may contain an instruction on what to do — like happened with Moses and the Israelites’ crossing of the Red Sea. It may be a declaration of what is to come. Or an affirmation of what you already know. However it comes, the voice of God carries power within it to make the impossible possible.

Years ago, I ran into a major problem trying to get a particular document needed for work. The corporation that was supposed to give me the document said they couldn’t do anything to salvage the situation. But the Holy Spirit said to me clearly: “With God, all things are possible.” I received His word with joy. Soon after, the impossible became possible, and the same corporation gave me the document I needed.

What has God said to you? Hold firmly to it. For the impossible will soon become possible for you.
