Grow In Favour (1)

Luke 2:52 | NIV “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and men.”

Toiling is not part of God’s will for us. His plan is to gracefully bring us to our expected end. Jesus grew in favour with God and men. The Holy Spirit says that there’s room for more. Get set for unusual and unimaginable experiences in your walk with Him. He’ll cause us to grow in favour.

Proverbs say that ‘when the King smiles, there is life; his favour refreshes like a spring rain.’ Our King is smiling on us this season. Tightness, dryness, and deadness will give way to his favours. Times of refreshing are coming from Him. It’s our season of abundant favours.

We saw that humility makes us grow in God’s favour. His favourite place is in a broken and a humble heart. We’ll also see other virtues that please and provoke God’s favour, in the short series ahead. Meanwhile, keep us broken and humble, oh Lord.
