ROMANS‬ ‭9:15-16‬ ‭NLT | “FOR GOD SAID TO MOSES, “I WILL SHOW MERCY TO ANYONE I CHOOSE, AND I WILL SHOW COMPASSION TO ANYONE I CHOOSE.” SO IT IS GOD WHO DECIDES TO SHOW MERCY. WE CAN NEITHER CHOOSE IT NOR WORK FOR IT.”‬‬

I saw an outcome to a situation few days ago that baffled and made me scream: It’s not of him who wills or runs but of God who shows mercy.

We can labour hard, strategically and very well with nothing to show for it. Because unless the Lord builds the house, they labour in vain that build it. On the contrary, we can work less and have more extraordinary results, just because God is building for us. And, it’s God’s choice who He shows mercy and compassion to. It’s His decision. So, let’s pray today: Dear Lord, make me an object of your mercy. Show me your compassion that it may always be well with me.

May God’s grace and mercy speak for you from today in every area of your life. And, may His workings and fruits in you be very obvious for all to see in Jesus name! Bliss be with you.
