Are there habits you’ve battled with all your life? Are there weaknesses you’ve observed in your humanity? Are there faults you’ve noticed in your flesh? Are there flaws you have that demoralize you?

And could it be that any time you look into your future, you are afraid that these infirmities will stop you? Are you scared that they will crash your destiny at any moment? Do the potential consequences of your flaws cause you to live in fear? Are you just hoping that these things don’t step out someday and ruin your life?

Well, here’s some good news for you: God is bigger than that flaw!

Don’t be afraid of the weaknesses in your humanity; redirect your focus to God.  Your God is greater than that weakness. You don’t have to struggle with that habit any more. God is able to rescue you. You don’t have to live in fear and anxiety.

“To Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy…”
~Jude 1:24

God is able to keep you from falling. The writer of Jude reminds us of this glorious truth. God can keep you through the rest of your life, without you succumbing to any weakness of your flesh. You don’t have to yield to that temptation, lean on the strength of God. Your weakness is no match for God. He will bring you to your desired destination.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I choose to focus on you and not on my weaknesses. Through your enabling strength, I will overcome every temptation that comes my way. Thank you for being able to keep me from falling, in Jesus’ name.
