Recently, I crossed a milestone. To celebrate with me, the Holy Spirit gave me this word, and also told me to share it with you:

Psalm 40:2 KJV | “He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.”

Miry clay presents a picture of someone trapped in thick mud and unable to escape. It represents an impossible situation. It is the areas of your life where you have experienced the greatest weakness and the biggest embarrassments.

I bring you good news today: God is changing your story! He is stepping into your situation right now. He is pulling you out of that horrible pit. He is flooding you with His strength. God will do for you that which you are unable to do for yourself. His strength is replacing your weakness. He will help you build where you previously had no foundation. He is making your feet firm. Your mockers will be dumbfounded. God will establish your goings. Welcome to your new chapter!
