Genesis 37:9 | “Then Joseph had another dream and he told it to his brothers. ‘Listen,’ he said, ‘I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

Joseph is one of my favourite characters in the Scriptures. God’s word announced him a ruler, but its manifestation was betrayal, slavery, false accusation, imprisonment, abandonment, and finally the throne.(Genesis 37-41) You get the picture now.

So, dear Blissful, what the Lord said to you and what are you seeing in the immediate? Don’t let the manifestations, either “good” or “bad” confuse you. In fact, judge nothing before the appointed time. (1 Corinthians 4:5) Fix your undivided attention on the Lord and His words to you.

You don’t get to decide for the Lord the path He chooses to accomplish His purposes in your life. Whether through popularity, the desert or imprisonment, fix your eyes on His word and you will triumph always. May the Holy Spirit help you to not be distracted by manifestations. Bliss be with you.
