Credibility and the Gay Marriage Issue

Been following the ongoing Kentucky marriage license issue. Here’s my personal take on it.

There is something called ‘credibility’. When Jesus asked in Matthew 7:3,”Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?” He was referring to ‘credibility’.

Now, to my point:

When you’ve been married four times—in other words, broken the unambiguous biblical injunction to never remarry after a divorce; And when you sign your name on other re-marriage licenses, thus enabling others to violate a very clear biblical marriage principle—You forfeit your credibility to stand for God on the subject of marriage.

I think it’s about time hypocritical ‘Christian activists’ stopped deceiving themselves.
