Celebration of Love Warri is on! Blissful People came all the way from Enugu and Owerri to join those in Warri for the event.

Last night was the opening night. It was electrifying. Just pure love. And the dancing? That one was from heaven!

During the message, I presented the Holy Spirit’s call to all Blissful People to turn our backs to the things of this world; to relentlessly pursue the knowledge of His will.

Seek first the kingdom of God

Matthew 6:31-33 NIV
[31] So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ [32] For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. [33] But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Do you think Satan has read this verse and understands it?

Of course! He has read it. And He understands it.

Which is why He will do everything possible to keep you running after all these other things.

That way He can keep you chasing shadows, running around in circles, miserable and unfulfilled in life.

So check your priorities. Check your dominant thoughts. Check your activities. Check your most dominant prayer requests. In them you can see what you are seeking first.

Furthermore, check your results in life. Are the things others chasing, chasing after you? Are all these other things being added to you with ease? Because, if you’re truly seeking the kingdom of God first, you really wouldn’t need to seek any other thing. They’ll simply be added to you.

Therefore, instead of falling under the spell of Satan and running after earthly things, take the words of Jesus to heart and seek first the kingdom of God.

[9] For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, [10] so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,

What do you need the most right now?

It is to know in this very moment exactly what the Lord wants you to do. And this type of knowledge comes from the Holy Spirit: “…through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.”

The presence of the Lord is always with us. We already have it.

What is needed now is the knowledge of His will—that is, His mind; His instructions.

And we must be relentless in this area. We must relentlessly seek to know His will for our lives each and every single day. We must relentlessly refuse to be distracted by earthly things and the cares of this life.

We already have the presence of God.
He is everywhere already.

The question is not whether He is here or not. He is.

The real question is this: Do you know His mind? Do you know exactly what He wants you to do this very moment in your life as an individual?

Please, Dear Holy Spirit, stir the hearts of your Blissful People around the world to seek the knowledge of your will. Fill us with the knowledge of your will through all the wisdom and understanding that you give. In Jesus name. Amen.
