Nature defines limits. So to take the limits off you, Jesus had to first change your nature through His death, resurrection and glorification.
To discover yourself means to discover both your old self and your new self if you are in Christ. You discard the former and put on the latter.
Jesus through His death obtained a divine origin for those who believe in Him. If you are in Christ, you are now from the Father; you are born of God.
An important new creation reality ushered in by Jesus’ death is divine origin because you always return to where you came from. Your future is decided by your past.
Jesus Christ didn’t just die on the cross to give you a future and a new hope; He actually died to give you a sinless past.
Justification, a cardinal new creation, means that we now have a sinless past before God.
When you are established in these three powerful new creation realities, you will experience metamorphosis. The limitations of the old creation will cease to exist in your experiences and expectations.
Jesus Christ’s death terminated and abolished the essential realities of the old creation while His resurrection and ascension brought into being new creation realities. His sacrifice ushered in wonderful blessings.
Quite a lot of folks believe in Jesus Christ, but the fact that they believe in Him doesn’t put them in Christ. It is what you believe about Jesus that matters.
Jesus Christ introduced a brand new creation through His death on the cross of Calvary, his resurrection and his ascension into glory at the right hand of the Father.
My prayer for you today is that you will discover His work for your life. You will hear His instruction in your life.
Change the reflector you’re using. You are from God. Your identity is revealed through His Word. Don’t use your physical success to define yourself. Don’t, because that is limiting.
This is your year of manifestation. It is the year that you will manifest your divinity on earth as the offspring of God. Discover yourself!
If you are the offspring of the only wise God, then it means that there is wisdom in your spiritual DNA. So you can comfortably come up and say, “I am wise.”
If you want to know what you really look like, to discover yourself, consult God’s word.
If you want to alter your attitude, change your mirror. If you want to change your actions, or anything else about yourself, change the mirror that is beaming reflections back at you.
You don’t need to improve what you look like; you need to see what you look like. Because when you see what you truly look like, you don’t try anymore. Self-improvement becomes unnecessary. You experience metamorphosis. As I wrote in ‘You Just Need To Discover Yourself‘ when you encounter your true self, you will not want […]
When you encounter your true self, you will not want to add or subtract from it. There’ll be no need to. You’ll simply celebrate it!
Change is a constant in the equation of life. New realities emerge every day.
