Thank You Holy Spirit

I’ll be heading to Warri this morning to participate in the Blissful People’s Celebration Of Love event. It’s the third for the year. Blissful People from Enugu, Owerri, Warri, and Sapele, all in Nigeria, will be converging at Warri for three days of fellowship.

Our host is Ifeyinwa Okoro and the Blissful People of Warri, Delta State, Nigeria; in partnership with Ifenna Aralu and the Blissful People of Enugu, Enugu State Nigeria; plus Michael Eze and the Blissful People of Owerri, Imo State Nigeria; under the leadership of Pastor Sharon.

The event starts on Friday by 4:00pm at Bridgeview Hotel, 1 Ada Val Arenyeka, Ugbuwangue, Warri. It will continue on Saturday, 9:00am at the same venue. And it will end on Sunday, 9:00am also at the same venue.

This will be our third Celebration of Love event this year. The first one held in March at Uyo, Nigeria. The second in Maryland US, in June. The third is this one. And after this, we’ll have the fourth and final one of the year at Louisiana, US.

Each Celebration of Love brings Blissful People from multiple cities together for a special season of getting to know and fellowship with one another and the Holy Spirit.

May the Holy Spirit Himself continue to bless Blissful People all over the world. May He honour our gathering and mustard seed faith with His favours and miracles. May this weekend’s gathering be successful beyond anything we could ever ask or imagine. In Jesus name. 🙏

Today is Testimonies Thursday and I feel really grateful to the Holy Spirit for this journey so far with Blissful People. I thank God for each of us and what He is doing in our lives. Fills my eyes with tears just to think of how we started and how far we’ve come. To Him alone be all the glory.

Please share your Testimonies in the comment.

Never Get Attached To The Channels

1 Kings 17:6-9 NIV
[6] The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the brook. [7] Some time later the brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land. [8] Then the word of the Lord came to him: [9] “Go at once to Zarephath in the region of Sidon and stay there. I have directed a widow there to supply you with food.”

It seems to me like Elijah was not attached to the brook and the bird. He was not attached to those channels God used to provide His needs.

He had his own private river, and a bird that brought him food twice a day—what favorable circumstances!

Yet he was not attached to those things.

Or maybe he was!

Could it be that he probably got too attached to them? Could that be why the brook dried up and the bird stopped coming?

In any case, the reason many don’t see prosperity when it comes, the reason many remain stagnant, is because of unhealthy attachments: They get attached to the channels. They get attached to present favorable circumstances. They get attached to what is working.

And when the God switches channels, when the favorable circumstances dry up, when what used to work stops working, they become desperate; they cling on in panic and begin to pray unnecessary prayers.

But, when you are attached to the Living Word, you never get stranded. You never panic. Because as soon as one door closes, the Word points you to a new door.

Maybe Elijah was never attached to the brook and the bird. Maybe his attachment was always to the word. Or it could be that God had to break his attachment to the bird and the brook.

Whatever the case, at the end of the day, Elijah was attached and tuned to the Living Word of God.

That was why He never missed his prosperity. He didn’t participate in the famine like his countrymen. He never lacked.

The moment one door closed, the moment the brook dried up and the bird stopped coming, God opened a new door. God’s Word pointed him in a new direction of divine supplies!

1 Kings 17:8-9 NIV
[8] Then the word of the Lord came to him: [9] “Go at once to Zarephath in the region of Sidon and stay there. I have directed a widow there to supply you with food.”

Keep Stepping Out Till You Prevail

Though we are many, we are one body in Christ. And He wants all His Blissful People be one in Him—regardless of denomination or nation.

John 17:21 NLT
I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one-as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.

And this is what Table Tuesday is about: connecting with one another as one, around the Lord’s Table.

The instruction for Table Tuesday is simple:
Find another one or two of the Blissful People in your area and meet with them physically every Tuesday evening to eat the Holy Communion together.

Please, do not ignore this guidance. Take it seriously. Do it as though your very life depends on it.

You may encounter difficulties in this area. And you may use those unique difficulties as excuses to not participate in this instruction.

Don’t do that.

And don’t get discouraged if you try and fail. Don’t stop if you encounter challenges. Don’t make excuses and quit because of them.

Instead, resolve firmly to do it, no matter what. Continue to ask the Holy Spirit to help you participate in this word. Then step out in faith to connect. And, no matter what, keep stepping out till you prevail.

And when you meet later today with your connect for today’s communion, remember to connect online with all Blissful People on Facebook Live for the Table Tuesday online Holy Communion service. Time is 6:00pm (Nig), 12:00noon Louisiana, and so on. Don’t miss it!

Expect A Powerful Miracle In Your Life Today That Will Shame God’s Enemies In Your Life!

Psalm 14:1 NIV
[1] The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

Do you know that some idiots don’t believe in God and miracles!? Seriously!? And they think that’s cool? Like, that’s a mark of sophistication?

Frankly I think they’re ridiculous jokers.

Three million people needed to travel through the desert. There were no farms, ranches or markets. They needed food clothing and shelter. Eventually they spent 40 years making that journey. And each single day, God rained food down for them from heaven, their clothes didn’t shrink and their shoes were not worn. A cloud shielded them from the heat of the sun by day, and a pillar of fire warmed them up and lighted their way by night. Can you achieve that with talent, skill, hard work and positive thinking?

Lazarus has been dead for four days. His body was rotting and there was a stench odor. Jesus called him out of the grave with just one sentence of three words! Can you achieve that with talent, skill, hard work and positive thinking?

Over ten thousand men, women and children were starving and nearly dropping in the desert. The entire crowd had only five loaves and two fish. Jesus used that to feed every single one there to the full. And they had twelve basketfuls of pieces left over. Can you achieve that with talent, skill, hard work and positive thinking?

So, all the stupid jokers that sneer ignorantly at God and miracles should step aside into oblivion and irrelevance.

Please, are there any #Amen people left on this planet that truly believe in God and miracles?

I believe in God. I’m proud to admit it.
I believe in miracles. I’m proud to admit it.
And I expect a powerful miracle in my life today to dumbfound and shame God’s enemies!

What about you?

Blissfully Ever After

It was my joy yesterday to join two of our Blissful People — Tim and Vanessa — together in Holy matrimony. I’ve known both of them for sometime now, and can say that I have very high expectations from the Holy Spirit for the union. I believe they will make it.

Tim weds Vanessa.
Pix: Rev Wildfire, Vanessa, Tim, Pastor Sharon.

Vanessa has been my Prayer Connect camera woman for nearly a year. Meaning that she was the member of my traveling team tasked with the work of live-streaming Prayer Connect, Lord’s  Table and other Rev Wildfire live events to Blissful People.

Interestingly, she took over from Nnenna — our own beloved first PC camera woman who got married last year.

I can’t help wondering what it is about that camera that makes them get married that fast. Each one got snapped up in marriage barely one year after they started traveling with me and live-streaming the events.

Well now, I’m left without a camera woman. So, once again, that position is vacant and needs to be filled fast!

In any case, I’m glad the Holy Spirit is helping our Blissful People get married.

Of course I know that it’s one thing to get married, but another thing to enjoy a lifetime of blissful marriage together.

Which is why I’m asking us today, as we rejoice with Tim and Vanessa, to pray for them and all Blissful People’s marriages: May the Holy Spirit Himself fill our marriages with bliss, that we all may they live blissfully ever after in Jesus Name.

Let us also pray that those among us that are due for marriage, but are still single and searching, may find their mate in the Lord, and in good time. In Jesus name.

Always Guided By The Holy Spirit

Yesterday was Financial Favour Friday. As always, many of us participated and expressed our love for the Holy Spirit through our giving. I am absolutely convinced that God has received our offerings and will multiply them back to us a hundred times.

Be reminded today that Blissful People giving is always to the Holy Spirit Himself. When you give here you’re not giving to man. You’re not giving to an organization. You’re not giving to a cause. You’re not giving to fund an event or program. Absolutely not! That’s not the Blissful People giving mindset.

Our mentality and belief here is that when we give, it’s directly to the Holy Spirit Himself in obedience to His instruction, from a heart of love.

And this is why the most important thing is that you always seek His mind on what to give, so that your giving will be borne of the Spirit. Always ensure that what you give is guided by His prompting in your heart.

It is also important to be consistent every Financial Favour Friday. (This instruction is only for all Blissful People—if you consider yourself one of the Blissful People, then this instruction is for you. If not, then ignore it.)

What really matters is that you are giving what the Holy Spirit tells you to give each Favour Friday, and that you are consistent. As long as you’re giving consistently by the Spirit, the amount is insignificant. In other words, in your Favour Friday giving, focus on giving by the Spirit, and giving consistently each FF.

The aim of this message is to encourage Blissful People to focus more on being faithful and consistent in our Favour Friday giving.

Right now, I’m moved to do something we’ve never done here before: that is, extend FF giving to today. So, if you didn’t give yesterday for any reason, here’s your opportunity. Do so immediately. Don’t waste a moment.

The Holy Spirit Has Switched Your Channel Of Divine Provisions

Financial breakthroughs on all sides! Receive now!

Exemption from the coming famine that’s about to ravage the earth—they will call it another Great Recession and depression! Receive now!

Elijah was having a great time. While others were dying in the famine, he had his own private brook to drink from, and a bird brought him food twice a day! It was great while it lasted. But one day, the brook dried up. And the bird didn’t show up.

The brooks will soon dry up around the world. Economic mismanagement by governments will lead to collapse of key economic systems that will affect millions worldwide; leading to widespread hunger, starvation and panic.

For many the brook has already dried up and the bird is no longer showing up with the goodies. And now we’re terrified and in a state of panic.

Don’t be.

You see, before your brooks dried up and the birds stopped showing up, the Holy Spirit already told me it will happen. And He prepared me for it in the spirit. Then He told me why that will always happen:

For us, the brooks and the birds were merely channels. But God Himself is the Source. And He doesn’t want us worshiping the channels. He wants us to worship Him only. And for this reason, He’ll constantly switch channels.

So, when the brook dries up and the bird doesn’t show up any longer, do not be afraid. Do not panic. Just know that God has simply switched His channel for providing for you. Then expect new doors to open for you—just like it did for Elijah.

For all my Blissful People, including the BP Missionaries and BP Caregivers, The Holy Spirit has shown me new and more glorious channels of financial favours opening up for you. And I believe many will start to experience it starting this very Financial Favour Friday.

Today is Financial Favour Friday and I encourage everyone to give generously today to the Holy Spirit. And whatever you give today will be multiplied a hundred times back into your life in Jesus Name.

Your giving today will be a prophetic act of faith to step into the new doors and channels of supernatural financial favours the Holy Spirit is opening up for you!

The brook may have dried up, and the bird may no longer be showing up, yet as you give today, I see new channels opening up for you.

Refuse The Stupidity Of Always Asking And Never Thanking

You may not have reached where you want yet. But you’re no longer where you used to be.

On Testimonies Thursdays Blissful People all over the world take a pause to reflect on our journeys so far. We look at those things the Lord has already done in our lives:

The prayers He has already answered. His goodness and mercies that we have already experienced. His provisions that we have already enjoyed.

It’s a day of gratitude. A day of thanksgiving. A day that we deliberately refuse the stupidity of always asking and never thanking.

Remember, Blissful People are people of gratitude and thanksgiving.

So, take time today, take a detailed look at your life, travel down memory lane. Remember all that the Lord has already done for you. Then share your testimonies as your comments for today.

It’s Testimonies a Thursday!

New Doors Will Open For You

It matters a lot how you think, how you see life, what you say.

Do not ever allow yourself to be intimidated by any situation in life that tries to threaten you at any time.

Satan is a trickster; a liar; an illusionist. He is super skilled at blowing mirages out of proportion in order to scare the living daylights out of you. Don’t fall for his tricks.

Things are not always as bad as they look.

Your future is in God’s hands.

If there’s anything right now that’s trying to discourage you and get you to panic, know that it’s a lie from the devil. It may appear real, tough, and menacing; it may be threatening to disgrace and destroy you; the fear in your heart may be real—nevertheless, it’s all Satan’s lie. Don’t fall for it.

Just smile. Yes you can do that. Smile and remind yourself that God loves you and is in control of your life. He is in control of every situation of your life.

No matter what, you will always come out much stronger than ever. Always.

The best is yet to come. New doors will open for you. You will receive more glorious breakthroughs and opportunities to rise to higher heights.

The Holy Spirit Himself is speaking to you right now. Receive His words today and be comforted in Jesus Name.

The Holy Spirit Has Something Up His Sleeves

Today is Table Tuesday! Hallelujah!

I’m really getting more and more excited about Table Tuesdays. I don’t know exactly why. It’s just something I feel strongly deep inside of me.

I can only say that I’m crossing my fingers and holding my breath to see what the Holy Spirit has up His sleeves with this program.

In any case, here are a few answers to some of the questions you’re asking concerning how to go about Table Tuesdays.

Can I have my Table Tuesday meeting anywhere.

Yes.

You can have your Table Tuesday meeting anywhere: In your car, at a park, in a church, restaurant, school building and so on.

Can I pair up with members of my family for Table Tuesdays?

Yes. Blissful People is not an organization. Everyone that loves the Holy Spirit and looks to Him for help, is one of us; regardless of race, denomination or location.

Who can pair up for Table Tuesday?

  1. Husband and wife.
  2. Family and Friends.
  3. Colleagues at work.
  4. And so on.

In short, anyone! As long as they love the Holy Spirit and look up to Him for help.

And when you meet later today with your connect for today’s communion, remember to connect online with all Blissful People on Facebook Live for the Table Tuesday online Holy Communion service. Time is 6:00pm (Nig), 12:00noon Louisiana, and so on. Don’t miss it!

May God Surprise You Today With An Unexpected Breakthrough That Will Change Your Life Forever!

Acts 3:6-8 NIV
[6] Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” [7] Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. [8] He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.

When the lame man that sat by the Beautiful Gate Of The Temple was carried to his usual place that morning, I doubt he expected anything but his normal day. I doubt he expected to go home with anything more than a handful of coins from temple worshippers.

Little did he know that day would be different. He had no idea what was coming. He probably could not have imagined that would be his last day as a cripple.

But God showed up that day and changed his life forever. God showed up that day and changed his story. God showed up that day and made him a testimony of His power for all generations.

God did the unexpected and unimagined for his life.

I pray for you today that God will show up in your life and give you a miracle that looks like a lie. May God manifest today in your life with a miracle you never saw coming. May God surprise you today with an unexpected breakthrough that will change your life forever.

In Jesus name!

If You Are Truly Strong

Romans 15:1 NIV
We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves.

Each of us has unique strengths in various areas. Some are smart and intelligent. Some are extremely disciplined and self controlled. Some have tremendous patience and endurance. Others have a phenomenal capacity to create wealth. And so on.

Each of us has unique strengths.

Now, if you’re strong in any area, you have a divine responsibility: To help other brethren who are weak in that area.

Your strength is not of your own making. It is a gift from the Lord. It is a privilege. And you should be grateful to God for it and use it to help others.

Some claim to be strong by talking tough and putting down others. But by so doing, they show they’re not. They are rather weak, fearful and insecure.

If you are truly strong, you will not be afraid of the weak. If you’re truly strong, then you do not build walls to isolate yourself from the weak. If you are truly strong, you will reach out to the weak and build them up with love and compassion.

Do not just squander your privileges and advantages on yourself. Instead, use them to help others. The strong should help the weak. The rich should help the poor. And so on.

Finally, remember you are the one being spoken to here. So, discover your strength and use it to help others.

Lord I’m So Sorry. Please Forgive Me

A week ago on my way back to Nigeria from the US, I had a seven hour layover in New York. There was much work to catch up on and, usually, I would use the time to do some work before the long flight home.

This time, however, I decided to hunt down one of our Blissful People who had shown tremendous love and support to this mission since we began. I’ll scramble his details here due to privacy concerns.

I caught up with him in a restaurant where we spent two precious hours together. Like millions of others, he had fallen into the error of overstaying his visa there and was now mired in the murky waters of trying to legalize his stay.

As I asked him about the details of his situation, he told me he knew I would ask, and that I would not approve. Of course! I absolutely discourage people from doing that. If you want to move into any nation, move in with dignity through the front door.

Nevertheless, he had already made up his mind to tell me everything. And he did.

As I was about to give him a piece of my mind —serious rebuke and strong condemnation of his past and ongoing actions—the Holy Spirit stopped me.

“I do not condemn him,” He said, “because I know why he did what he did.”

“What!?” I was taken aback!

“I want to help him get what he wants,” the Lord continued. “And I want you to pray My Favour on him.”

“I sent you here to pray My Favour on him. That’s all I want you to do. Nothing else.”

Well, I looked across the table at the young man. He was looking at me, ready for the verbal whipping that was coming.

Instead I said to him, “God does not condemn you. He knows why you did what you did. And he wants me to pray for you.”

It was at this time that he broke down in the restaurant and started to weep like a baby. I reached out and held his hand.

“Rev,” he sobbed, “my life here has been hell. I’ve been living in hell. But all I want is to help my family. They are all depending on me and I came here to help pull my family out of poverty and suffering.”

That broke my heart—not that he was crying, or that his family was suffering in poverty.

What broke my heart was my own callousness and judgemental attitude; especially in contrast to the compassionate heart of the Hoy Spirit.

I believe that young man will have a phenomenal breakthrough; a testimony that will look like a lie.

Yet, I’m convinced that the Holy Spirit sent me there to convict me of my own judgemental attitude and lack of compassion.

For that, Lord, I’m so sorry. Please forgive me.

Before The End Of This Dancing Season, You Will Give A Shocking Testimony!

The Lord sees the motives and intentions of your heart. He knows exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing. And He understands you.

You see, He doesn’t look at what men look at. Men look at your actions; right or wrong. And they judge you accordingly.

God, however, looks beyond what you did and what you’re doing. He sees your heart. He sees why you’re doing it. He sees that you’re motivated by love. You just want to help your family and those dependent on you.

And that’s why He is on your side. He told me to tell you that He is on your side. He does not condemn you. Instead, He will help you.

You do not see a way out at the moment. You’ve gone about things in the wrong way and made a mess of everything. You’re stuck now in self-condemnation. And you know others are also condemning you.

Now, hear this: There is a way out. You don’t see it. But God sees it. And He’s about to break you out with a phenomenal move of the Holy Spirit in your Favour.

Just watch out! Before the end of this dancing season, you will give a shocking testimony!

What Is The Word Of Your Testimony?

Revelation 12:11 NIV
They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

What is the word of your testimony?

Let me put the question in another form: What are you talking about most of the time?

Let me rephrase the question one more time: What are your conversations filled with?

For many it is a litany of their problems. They have become experts at describing their negative situations: How terrible their marriages are; what a horrible person their spouses are; how evil their governments are; how overwhelming their financial conditions are—and on and on and on.

Here’s a reality check: Talking about your problems all the time won’t solve them. Period. Making every conversation revolve around you and what you’re going through means you’re now worshipping those problems; it gives those problems dominion over you and allows them to keep defeating you.

Instead, you can decide to turn your conversations and talks into powerful weapons against the enemies of your destiny. You can fill your mouth with songs, stories, and tales of God’s goodness in your life.

And if you can do that on a consistent basis, if you can delete all the negativism from your mouth and fill it with testimonies and thanksgiving, you will start to see more and more manifestations of divine breakthroughs in your life.

It’s Testimonies Thursday!

Let’s Now Move Beyond Ourselves!

My Blissful People!

Have you noticed that there’s so much violence happening all over the world?

For instance, in Nigeria: lots of killing—clashes between herdsmen and farmers resulting in untold numbers of dead people.

In the US: rapidly increasing incidents of senseless mass murder by lunatics with automatic machines in shopping malls—sending men, women and children to untimely graves.

The same is happening in multiple nations of the world. It’s  getting darker by the minute.

And this darkness is welling up from no other place than the human heart. It comes from the greed, fear and hate that resides in the heart of this black dirt.

And, unfortunately, there are those in the media and leadership who constantly exploit and fuel this fear and hate in order to gain more power and wealth. Their end is near and God will judge them for all the bloodshed they’ve inspired.

In the face of this gathering storm of darkness, what can we do as Blissful People? I believe we can do more than just try to survive. We can shine the light. And we can make a difference. Here’s how:

  1. First of all, we must deepen our relationship with the Holy Spirit by meditating more and more on the words He gives us here in His replies.
  2. Through constantly pondering these words, let us become established in the knowledge that He protects us. That we should never be afraid.
  3. Then we must begin to pray for the peace and prosperity of the lands where we dwell. Encourage those around you to do the same. Pray also for God’s mercy upon those lands that are being ravaged by darkness.
  4. Most importantly, we must ask God to deliver us from selfishness, greed, hate and fear. Ask Him to make us  channels of His love.

Blissful People, the time has come for us to go beyond ourselves. The time has come for us to stop focusing on just our own personal problems and affairs.

It’s time to look beyond all that; to look around us and begin to see ways we can become God’s channel of love, peace and hope to a dying world.

I really don’t care about doctrines or beliefs. Knowledge, principles and wisdom are worthless to me. Believe me, your wealth, achievement and success are just faeces to me.

I’m praying that the Holy Spirit will raise more and more love warriors: selfless courageous men and women filled with love, who are willing to give up their own privileges and lay down their lives for others.

All we have is love. Without it, we’re absolutely nothing.

Connecting Blissful People Worldwide With The Holy Spirit At The Lord’s Table

Hello Blissful People!

It’s Table Tuesday!

Table Tuesday is our newest weekly event. And it’s a very special one. We’ve had two so far. So today will be the third. And the experience has been amazing.

Have you made a Table Tuesday Connect yet?

Have you found one or two other Blissful People in your area and connected with them for Table Tuesdays?

It’s important you do so. Very very important.

Remember, this is how it works.

  1. Find one or two other Blissful People in your area. Agree with them to meet in person on Table Tuesdays for Holy Communion.
  2. On Table Tuesday, prepare your holy Communion materials (Bread and Wine).
  3. Then meet in person with your Blissful People Connect at exactly 6:00pm (Nig), 12:00noon (Louisiana). Time will vary based on your location. But we must all meet at the same time.
  4. During your meeting, go online at the Rev Wildfire Facebook page to connect with me for the Holy Communion Online service. Yes, we are all required to connect at exactly the same time. I will be online then.
  5. Follow my guidance during the Facebook Live Holy Communion Online service.

It is a powerful experience. It’s connecting Blissful People worldwide at the Lord’s Table with the Holy Spirit. It’s a communion of love and divine favours.

Blissful People Table Tuesday Connect @Hammond LA

Do not exempt yourself from this communion. Participate fully and receive your own portion this season.

And, for those connecting in Enugu, I’m there now. If you would love to have me crash your Connect, let me know in your comment.

Let’s Dance Like David Danced!

Good morning my Blissful People!

In this season of dancing, let’s learn from one that excelled in dancing before the Lord. One whose dancing has become legendary, and a model for all.

David.

2 Samuel 6:14 NIV
[14] Wearing a linen ephod, David was dancing before the Lord with all his might,

2 Samuel 6:16,20 NIV
[16] As the ark of the Lord was entering the City of David, Michal daughter of Saul watched from a window. And when she saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord, she despised him in her heart.
[20] When David returned home to bless his household, Michal daughter of Saul came out to meet him and said, “How the king of Israel has distinguished himself today, going around half-naked in full view of the slave girls of his servants as any vulgar fellow would!”

2 Samuel 6:21-22 NIV
[21] David said to Michal, “It was before the Lord, who chose me rather than your father or anyone from his house when he appointed me ruler over the Lord’s people Israel—I will celebrate before the Lord. [22] I will become even more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes. But by these slave girls you spoke of, I will be held in honor.”

There are a few things I’ll like to point out from his dancing.

#1. He danced before the Lord

It was not a performance on a stage for the entertainment of men. It was not about skill, shape or form. It was before the Lord and for the Lord. Take note of that.

#2. He danced with all his might

He was uninhibited. He had no reservations. He took his dancing to higher and higher levels, and danced with reckless abandon. With all his might. Take note of that.

#3. He was despised for His dancing

He danced until even his own wife despised him for it! In other words, he threw his dignity and royal status into the thrash can!

Let me tell you something: If the mockers haven’t yet despised you for dancing, you’ve not yet started. Take note of that.

#4. He didn’t care about his dignity and what the mockers thought of him

The man didn’t care about the opinion of his wife regarding his dancing. In fact, he told her, “You haven’t seen anything yet! These are just my opening moves! Wait till you see the real dance!”

The ball is now in your court. What are you waiting for?

Let’s dance!!!

Dance Till You Drop!

With God, it’s never the big, visible, spectacular things that matter. Those things matter to humans: Shiny, big, noisy, fast, and so on.

But with God, it’s the little, invisible, silent matters of the heart that matter most:

Selfless, humble, patient
obedience to His Holy Spirit
—things that are rarely noticed by humans, but are of great value before the Lord.

This is our season of delighting in the Lord. And I’ve already told us to dance a lot. This is what the Holy Spirit wants.

Dance!

Spiritual instructions seldom make sense. Which is why most people don’t hear them. And even among those that hear them, only very few act on them.

For instance, Naaman. He was leprous and came to the prophet Elisha for healing. Elisha told him to go and wash in the Jordan river.

The Leprous man however wouldn’t have that! He felt it was beneath his dignity as a general in the Syrian army.

Fortunately for him, he had sensible servants who persuaded him to obey the Lord. And when He did what the prophet told him to do, his leprosy was cured and his skin became like that of a baby.

I pray you don’t take the instructions here lightly. I really pray and strongly hope so.

It’s our season of delighting in the Lord.
Rejoicing in the Lord.
Dancing.

Dance more.
Alone. With your family. In your churches.
And wherever the Spirit moves you.

Turn your church services into dancing fiestas!
Dance all day long! All night long!
Make it a dancing season.

Dance till your calves and ankles hurt.
Dance till your hips hurt.
Dance and scream till every part of your body aches.
Dance till you drop!

And as you dance, watch out!!!
The testimonies this season will absolutely blow your mind!

Your Attention Is On The Line!

A battle is raging right now for your heart; for your affections; for your attention. This battle is not between the Lord and Satan. And it’s not between the Lord and the world.

This battle is between the Lord and your problems.
And you get to choose who will win.
You decide who to give the victory.

The Lord wants your attention and focus.
Your problems want them too.

So, who is going to win?
Will you give the victory to the Lord?
Or will you give the victory to your problems?

Who will ultimately prevail in this battle for your focus, for your energies, for your attention?

As for me, my choice is clear: I refuse to give my energies to my problems. I refuse to give my focus and attention to my issues.

A million times No.

I’ll rather give all my attention and focus to the Lord. This is what it means to up your game. This is what it means to go from crumbs to the Lord’s Table. This is what it means to rejoice in the Lord and to delight in Him.

Habakkuk 3:17-18 NLT
[17]Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, [18] yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!

No matter what, I will rejoice in the Lord!
What about you?
