“Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, or stand in the way of sinners, or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on His law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruits in season, and whose leaves does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.”
~Psalm 1:1-3
If you want to walk in your divine distinction, you must delight in the law of God. Take out time to find out what pleases God.
So to walk in your divine distinction:
- Don’t take the counsel of the ungodly.
- Don’t stand in the way of sinners.
- Don’t seat n the seat of mockers.
- Let your delight be in the law of God; the commands and instructions of God for your life.
- Then meditate on the law of the Lord day and night.
According to the bible, when you do these things, you will be like a tree, that is planted by streams of water that yields its fruits and whose leaves never wither. That means nobody can win you. Anything you do prospers. No matter how many Balaams, or how many sorcerers, or how many magicians that are against you, you will succeed. Wherever you go to, you will succeed– no matter the season, weather, or prevailing circumstances. Why? Because you’re walking in your distinction, and the Lord your God is with you; the shout of the king is in your midst.
“‘Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing and I will receive you.’ ‘I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.’”
~2 Corinthians 6:17-18
I want to encourage you today to come out from the world, and be separate. Begin to walk in your divine distinction, in Jesus name.
Amen.
