James 1:8 NIV | “He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.”

You are probably familiar with Jesus as the “word that became flesh and dwelt among us.” (John 1:14) However, are you also aware that God gave birth to you through the same word of truth?

Most of us have been taught about the person of Jesus and how He lived on earth. But there’s still lot you need to grasp regarding the results of his finished work on the Cross.

Jesus’ death made possible the birth of the sons of God, of which you are one. (John 1:12-13) But the question is : are you daily embracing your sonship? Will you keep identifying more with the human part of you, or will you lay that aside and be the God you are?
