Do you have a promise from God? Has God put a vision in your heart? Has God put an end in your heart? Do you have a word from God concerning an aspect of your life? And perhaps, your current situation remains a far cry from the end that God has shown to you? Today’s post is for you. It is for all who are experiencing some sort of disparity in their lives between what God has said to them and what is happening in their lives.
The bible says to you:
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”
~Romans 12: 12
God’s word inspires hope. Hope is connected to a promise, it is connected to the word of God. When God’s word comes to you, expectations are stirred in your heart. The Apostle Paul in writing to the Christians in Rome, tells us to be joyful in hope.
Keep that promise of God in front of you. Don’t remove your focus on that word; mediate on it.
Don’t allow the negative facts of your current situation to overwhelm you, be joyful in hope! Keep the promises of God in your mind; keep them in your heart; meditate on your promise land; meditate on the prophecy. Give thanks to God for what He has said concerning you. Know that that word will never fail; know that God is true; the dream will come to pass, the vision will be fulfilled. It doesn’t matter what other people’s opinion is on the matter, God’s word will prevail in your life.
Be joyful in hope!
