Are You Bored With Repetitions?

“Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you.”
~Philippians 3:1

Do you find it grievous to write the same things again, and again and again?
Is it your style?
Are you willing to do the same things again, and again, and again?
Or are you bored with repetition?
Do you need to be tickled with new things every time?

Do you have the ability to just keep doing something again, and again, and again?
Do you have the ability to keep at something, long after everyone else has walked away?
Is it your pattern to continue to work at something long after everyone else has slept off?
Are you able to keep doing it again, and again, and again?

Or do you find it grievous to write the same things, to do the same things, to say the same things, to pray the same things, to sing the same songs, to pray the same prayers?
Do you find it grievous to stay in the same place, sit down in the same chair, hours upon hours?
Do you find it grievous to wear the same clothes, again, and again and again?
Do you find it grievous to stay with the same person?
Are you bored with repetition?
Or is it your habit to be tenacious at what you do?

Memory Verse:
Philippians 3:1

Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you.

Prayer
O Lord, help me to not be bored by repetition. Strengthen me to keep at my work, long after everyone else has walked away, in Jesus’ name.
Amen.
