Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit,

Today, I want to show you a very simple way to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Imagine your life as a room.
The Holy Spirit as the electricity.
The light and other gadgets as your realities.
The darkness as the devil and his demons.
The switch as your mind.

Now, this room can be filled with light.
Or it can be filled with darkness.
Depending on whether the switch is on or off.

When the switch is on, the room is filled with light.
All your gadgets work.
You can see everything.
It is beautiful.

But when the switch is off, the room is full of darkness.
None of the gadgets work.
You can’t see anything.
All you have is darkness, and stumbling.

Now this is how it works: Whenever you remember that the Holy Spirit is with you, and allow the thought of Him to dominate your mind, the light comes on, and your life becomes full of Him.

But, whenever you forget that He is always with you, and allow thoughts of your problems to dominate your mind, the light goes off and your life becomes full of sadness.

So a very simple way to be filled with the Holy Spirit is to always remember that He is always with you, and let thoughts of Him dominate your mind.

PRAYER
Now, say this:
I thank you Holy Spirit for being with me.
Help me to always remember that you’re always with me.
Help my mind to focus on you.
Please, let my mind be always dominated by thoughts of you.
